The staff were efficient and courteous as well. This hotel was located in an central area.

Neat hotel, amiable personnel, complimentary breakfast. Appreciated non-smoking & bright room. The bathroom was wonderful, it was nice to have bathtubs. Found in the very nice area. There were complimentary internet and easy to access parking available. Perfect place to stay whilst in Springfield.

Fine hotel, my first choice in Springfield. Continental breakfast, the food was great. It was in a central setting close to everything.

Well internet was terrible, and there was very uncomfortable bed in my room.

Staff were not rude, so I loved my being there.

A quite comfortable stay. Appreciated fine breakfast and exceptionally comfortable bed. My a double room and all facilities were clean.

It was a fantastic experience. The rooms were updated and had a simple layout. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area. Apart from that, selvaggio historic arches was 5 minutes' drive away. The facilities were BASIC and easy to use. Plus their wifi was free.

We liked this hotel, location was top and staff were obliging! Urban style property with simple furniture in the rooms.

it's good home base for visiting some must see attractions in springfield. centrally located for us. moreover, wi-fi in the rooms was awesome.
